The same Nurse Finder team provides support and assistance during the training period before the relocation and one year after the nurse has relocated to Europe. The Nurse Finder personnel in India and Europe can be reached by WhatsApp, phone, and e-mail within office hours. We assist a nurse with the migration process and all the statutory registrations in Europe.
Nurse Finder’s operational practices are fair and ethical for Indian nurses as well as for our clients and business partners. We respect not only the ethical norms of European societies but also what is ethical in India. Nurse Finder has a feedback system online. Any complaints you may have will be answered maximum within three weeks. As a nurse or a representative of an employer, you just need to leave your feedback on the Contact-us page, and we will get back to you.
The language training for Germany and Finland starts the latest after the nurse signs a Conditional Job Offer letter given by the employer – European hospital or elderly home. If a nurse chooses to improve his/her chances to get selected by an employer, he/she can also start the language training before the employer’s selection process. Once the employer, whose selection criteria match the nurse’s profile, starts their interview process, priority will be given to those nurses who are already in the process of learning the language. Nurses who wants to migrate to France or UK, have to complete the language studies before being interviewed for the job by the employer.
The Nurse Finder’s language training will comply with the quality standards set for language training by the Association of Language Testers in Europe. The language skills levels are defined based on the Common Reference Levels set by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). The training is provided in all five areas of evaluation: spoken production, spoken interaction, reading, listening, and writing. The teaching is based on interactive methods where the focus is on spoken language from the beginning. The support language for training is English. The quality of language training and teachers are ensured with continuous evaluation of the learning results of the Nursing Candidates.
The personal information of nurses is saved and stored in the Nurse Finder’s online recruitment platform. Nurse Finder takes appropriate measures to ensure that personal data is kept secure including security measures to prevent it from being accidentally lost or used or accessed in an unauthorised way. Nurse Finder limits access to the nurse’s personal data to those who have a genuine business need to access it. Those processing data will do so only in an authorised manner and are subject to undertakings of confidentiality.
The data that Nurse Finder collects from nurses is only stored within, and on devices physically located within, the EU/EEA, or such third country deemed to offer an adequate level of security defined by the European Commission. By submitting his/her personal data, the nurse agrees for storing and processing of his/her data. Upon the nurse’s written request to Nurse Finder, his/her personal data will be deleted.

FINLAND |
Since 2020, 300+ nurses have started languages studies, new applications are not accepted at the moment as all the language training groups are full. |

Eligibility: BSc degree or GNM diploma, a valid nursing license, good English skills, minimum work experience of 3 years. |
Language skills: B1 during relocation, B2 before applying for the local registration as “Pflegefachmann / Pflegefachfrau”. |
Language exams: Goethe Institute’s B1 exam (all areas >60%) in India and nursing B2 exam in Germany 6-18 months after relocation. |

Eligibility: BSc degree or GNM diploma, a valid nursing license, good English skills, minimum work experience of 1 year, 3 years preferred. |
Language skills: B2 before a job interview. |
Language exams: DELF B1 and B2 language exams in India before a job interview. |

UNITED KINGDOM

Eligibility: GNM or ANM diploma and IELTS/OET language certificate (validity requirement depends on the employer) |
Language skills: IELTS 5.5 or OET C (equal to B2) during the application. |
Language exams: IELTS 5.5 / OET grade C (average score of four sections >200), and all the sections above IELTS 4 / OET grade D. |
